This is the story of an amazing woman.  Her name is Alia Baker and she lives in Basra, Iraq.  During the spring of 2003, she became concerned about the rumors of war coming to Basra.  She was the head of the Central Library in Basra and she was concerned that the war would destroy the library.  Some of the books in the collection were over 700 years old and priceless.  So, Alia came up with a way to save the library.  This is a true story of the librarian of Basra.
