during World War II and she and her mother have moved to Aunt Bess' farm.
Life on the farm is very different from what Mandy is used to. Mandy must
tend to the sheep but dreams of the time when they will have enough money
to go home. Mandy's mother has other ideas though. She has decided to buy
a small store and start life again. This is just not acceptable to Mandy
and she does all she can to sabotage the sale. Will Mandy stop living in
the past and be able to find the good in her new life? Read OUT OF THE
STORM to find out. |
