Stanley
Krakow is a painfully shy 5th grade student. He is also a genius.
But he is so afraid of life, he tends to hide in the laundry hamper.
But in his mind, he imagines himself as a super hero. Someone who
can take care of the bullies who torment him in real life. Someone
who feels at ease talking with people and participating in school.
But it is all make believe. Then he meets Theresa and at last he
has a friend. When Stanley finds out that Theresa is being abused
by her mother, Stanley tries to overcome his own fears to help his new
friend. |
