The
year is 1302 and we join up with the Khalidi tribe who are nomads living
in the desert. The custom of the tribe allows children to be bethrothed
at birth which is exactly what Halima and Atiyah has been. But first Atiyah's
uncle insists that he attend the university to get an education. When he
leaves, Halima is devastated and she sets off to join him. She is lost
in a sand storm and finds herself in a rival tribe's encampment. Here she
forced by custom to accept the marriage proposal of the camp leader. Find
