Have you ever seen those news reports of bleeding statues?  You know, where people swear that a religious statue in a church is bleeding or weeping.  This miracle is just that.  A statue of Jesus is seen bleeding and the town believes that a miracle has happened.  In reality, the blood has come from Jose, a 12-year-old illegal alien who has entered the US to join his father.  He works as a migrant laborer but must flee for his life.  He hides in a church where blood from his wounded shoulder drips on the statue.  Will Jose find the courage to tell the parishioners the truth?
