After many years of war among the dragon nations, a group called the Talon of Peace has started a movement to see that the Dragonet Prophecy is fulfilled, and that peace comes again to their world. Five dragon eggs from the different factions have been hidden in a cave, hatched in isolation, and trained by strangers. These dragonets are expected to fulfill the prophecy and bring an end to the years of war.  Right now, however, all they want is an end to their isolation. When one of their number is threatened, the dragonets band together and escape. The outside world isn’t as wonderful as they imagined and it seems they have only traded in one cage for another as they are soon captured by one of the warring dragon queens. Will their lives be over before they even have a chance to see if they can live up to their destiny?
