 Julie and Ashleigh are high school sophomores who have been next-door neighbors and best friends since childhood.  Ashleigh is an enthusiast, someone who jumps from one craze to the next, totally immersing herself in the latest passion. Both girls end up with a crush on the same guy.  You don’t have to be a Jane Austen aficionado to enjoy this book, but you will see references to her work.
