Harlan Burch is a most unusual man.  He is a carpenter who really believes in preserving nature.  Every time he cuts down a tree to use in his work, he plants two.  When he finds a hollow tree, he decides that this would be a good place to live so he moves right in.  He is very happy here and lives on and on and on.  And then something really amazing happens.
