Ludie was born in Alabama in 1910.  She married young.  She and her husband moved to West Virginia when he got a job in the coal mines.  She raised six children and died at the age of 95.  She was a poor woman all her life.  But her story is special.  She had so much in her life that made her happy.  And so much to tell us.
