 Do you believe in UFOs? Silverville is a small town in the mountains of Colorado that gets the idea of cashing in on a UFO sighting a few years back. They build a theme park and hire a UFO expert. But that expert gets run over accidentally and con man Billy takes his place. Billy uncovers all sorts of cons going on and the town has trouble growing with the tourists it is suddenly attracting.
