I could certainly use the Green Man of this story.  Grandpa's garden is amazing and he claims that the Green Man, Lob is the reason why it is so wonderful.  Most people just chalk up Lob as a product of Grandpa's imagination.  But Lucy doesn't believe that.  She wants to believe that Lob is real and when Grandpa dies, Lucy prays that Lob will find her.  What will happen when Grandpa's house is sold and the garden razed?  Will that be the end of Lob?
