One night, Yann and his six brothers run from their home. Yann told them that he heard his parents saying they will kill them. The children follow Yann, live through very hard experiences and finish  their expedition in a closed summer home where the proprietor seals them in to punish them. It can be compared to a modern day fairy tale. The story is told through the eyes of the children and all who met or saw them during their adventures.  P. 81 is a good page to read to start the booktalk.   (Louise Gagne <octoj@yahoo.com>
