Can you imagine if one of your parents was the principal at your school? Well that's exactly the life fifth grade student, Allie West, has to go through. Allie finds that her mother being with her every day at school is a nightmare. I don't know if I would like to have my mom at school every day of the year. If she bans something or makes a new rule none of the children like, then the kids would get mad at me. Allie has to stay after school until her mother is finished with her work at school. I like staying after school. Only the kids whose parents work at the school can stay there. So, I would basically have the whole school to myself. In conclusion, I agree that having your mother be a principal at your school is kind of embarrassing. But I would enjoy staying after school. (Prepared by: Jayda A.
