This is the story of a grandmother who is thinking about her grandson.  She lives in New England and her grandson lives in Tanzania which is a country in Africa.  Although they are now living far away from each other, the grandmother doesn't stop thinking about him and remembering all the times they spent together.  She worries that he may not remember these times.  But she wants him to know that when she sees the moon, it is the same moon he is seeing.
