Thirteen-year-old Earl is not your typical kid.  But he is probably a lot like someone you know.  He's really big for his age.  He shaves.  And he's a bully.  Whenever he gets angry, or confused or scared, he fights.  Now, he's suspended for a week for fighting and we get to spend the week with him.  What we find may be different from what we expect.  We find a boy who is religious, who loves his parents and who sees the world in black and white.  Maybe if we got to know the bullies in our own life as well as we know Earl, we could learn to get along.
