Imagine the shock when
twelve-year-old Jack, a star athlete, decides that he
cannot play baseball this season. Jack feels responsible
for his older brother’s death so he punishes himself by
giving up what he loves. Even his best friends can’t pull
him out of his self-imposed penance. But Jack has a strong
sense of fair play, so when he sees Teddy being bullied
for his weight, Jack decides to coach him. He even helps
to coach a girls’ softball team. Can he find his way back
to baseball by helping others to find their inner
strength? (Pennsylvania Young
