Patsy
is a happy little two-year-old girl. Her parents give her a sprig
of parsley and from that moment on, she will eat nothing but parsley. Now,
the only place to get parsley in the Kingdom is in the garden of the fairy
Bombina. There's not much to worry about though since she's gone.
But, she returns unexpectantly and catches Patsy's (who is now called Parsley)
father stealing from the garden. Hearing the tale of the young child,
Bombina asks to meet the little girl. When she does, she falls instantly
in love with the beautiful little girl. She asks that Parsley come
live with her and be her daughter. Her parents agree since they know
that Parsley will be well taken care of. As the years go by, Parsley
grows into a fine young lady. She has the most beautiful smile --
if you can overlook the green teeth. When Bombina accidentally turns
Parsley into a toad, she feels her life is over. What will happen
to poor little Parsley? |
