Flavia,
Jonathan, Nubia and Lupus are back. This time they are trying to
solve a riddle for a great scholar. They have had the privilege of
meeting Pliny himself and now have a mission. Pliny has seen a riddle
posted in a blacksmith shop in the port city of Pompeii. The children
are on their way to stay at Flavia's uncle's home near Pompeii. They
haven't been looking forward to spending time away but now they have a
mystery to solve. Solving the riddle is said to lead to a treasure!
So, when they get to Pompeii, they must look up the blacksmith and try
to solve the riddle. What they can't know is the danger they are
heading into. Quiet Mount Vesuvius is about to lead to a disaster.
What will happen to the chidren? Will they be able to solve the riddle? |
