Darek was jealous of his brother Clep. Clep is going on his first dragon hunt. Darek can't wait until he is old enough to go on his first hunt. When the men return, he learns that Clep is the one who killed the Great Blue dragon. That night, when Darek sneaks out to look at the dead dragon, he finds something amazing. There is a baby dragon in the pouch. Darek decides to take the dragonling back to the valley of dragons before the men of the village can kill him.
