REGARDING THE SINK : WHERE, OH WHERE DID WATERS GO?

Uh oh.  The sink in the cafeteria at Geyser Creek Middle School is clogged and stinky.  It needs to be replaced.  After their first dealings with Florence Waters designing their water fountain, the students want her to work with them on the new sink.  Principal Russ implores Florence to keep the design very simple.  There have been financial cutbacks and they just need a sink.  But Florence doesn't write back.  After many letters go unanswered, the children find out that Florence is missing!  Can they figure out where she is?  And will they ever get the new sink?
