Uncle Tio always looks like a black rain cloud.  That's why Carlos calls him Uncle Rain Cloud.  He's been really angry since the family moved to Los Angeles.  Carlos' parents work long hours so Tio must walk Carlos to school.  He must also do the shopping.  His English is very limited but he won't let Carlos help him read the labels in the store.  At night, Tio relaxes and tells Carlos stories of Mexico. Carlos loves the stories and wishes Tio would act this way all the time.  Why is Tio so angry all the time?  Is there anything Carlos can do to help?  Will Tio let him?  Find out as we spend time with UNCLE RAIN CLOUD.
