Rootless is a tale of a seventeen year old tree builder named Banyan. Banyan lives in a post-apocalyptic world where there are pirates, locusts and of course gen-tec -- a corporation that is top of the wasteland. They have more secrets than anyone else. Banyan's dad has disappeared.  At first he tries to ignore this and just get paid for a job he just started but this job leads him on the biggest adventure of the wasteland. That's why you should read rootless. (Callum, ccurrieh@hwdsb.on.ca, k-12 student)
