Meet Tito.  He lives in East Harlem.  The people who live there are mainly Spanish speaking, or like Tito, they are bilingual.  Tito speaks both English and Spanish and often uses both in the same sentence.  Tito loves walking by the fire house and talking with the fire fighters.  He would love to ride on a fire truck someday but knows that probably won't happen.  But one day, Tito sees a man speaking anxiously to the fire fighters.  The man is speaking Spanish so Tito helps out and translates for the fire fighter.  What is the man trying to tell them?
