Harvey Trumble is looking forward to the arrival of the Nguyen family. Harvey's church is sponsoring the family but their apartment is not ready yet. Until it is, they will stay with Harvey's family. Harvey can't wait to meet 12 year old Tuan. He and Harvey will be in the same class. Harvey want to Americanize Tuan and have him as a friend.
