Eva the owl is excited for her upcoming sleepover with her best friend Lucy. At school her teacher tells the class a spooky story and all of the owls are scared. Later that night, as Eva is flying home from school she spots something white whoosh by her. Convinced that she saw a ghost, she tells her brother and classmates; however, no one believes her except for her best friend Lucy. The following night she has the same experience except this time the ghost chases her! She hatches a plan with Lucy to track down the ghost and photograph it. Will Eva and Lucy succeed at solving this spooky mystery? (Garden State Children's Book Awards, 2018)
