Read
this autobiography and you'll know how Roald Dahl's books -- Charlie and
the Chocolate Factory and others -- are such favorites. He's a good writer
and he sees the funny pars of life around him. He takes recollections from
life around him and makes us feel like we were there with him. This part
of his life takes us on a boat trip with nude joggers to Africa with escapes
from the jaws of lions and on the flight training school and his escapades
as part of Royal Air Force during World War II. Read "Boy" for his childhood. |
