Bloom is a fairy who once lived in a great kingdom.  But she was messy and she left muddy footprints all over the kingdom and was always being criticized for being so messy.  She had enough so she left.  Now, the kingdom is falling apart.  It is being held together by duct tape and peasants.  The king decides he needs to find the fairy who used to take care of the kingdom.  When the king fails, the queen tries to find her.  But she too fails.  So they send an ordinary girl to find the magic.  But what can an ordinary girl do to help?
