In a small town in Argentina, there is a magical house.  It's been abandoned for years.  But once a year, on the same day each year, the little white house turns blue.  For the next 24 hours, the house stays blue.  Then, just a mysteriously, the house turns back to white.  As the news of this phenomenon gets out, the mayor of the town decided to turn the house into a tourist attraction and charge people to see the blue house.  But twelve-year-old Cintia wants to stop the mayor.  You see, Cintia comes from an abusive home and she has always found refuge in the blue house.  She does not want it turned into a tourist attraction.  Is there anyway she can stop him?  And will she uncover the mystery of the little blue house?
