The year is 1926 and the place is the Cascade Mountains in Washington State.  Billy, Finn and Dannie are really looking forward to the air show.  Like most people in 1926, they have never seen an airplane before.  The air shows traveled around the country doing stunts for the locals.  And now a show is coming to town.  But even better, Finn's uncle is in the show.  Finn has never met him and there seems to be a problem between Finn's mother and uncle.  She won't talk about it so Finn doesn't know what is going on.  But, he's excited to see the show and meet his uncle.  But something strange is going on.  It seems like Uncle Ross might be involved in something a bit seedy. Maybe there is a good reason why the family doesn't want to see him.  But this might just get the kids involved now.
