Life is good for Sydney Mackenzie.  She is a real California girl.  Her life revolves around the beach, her friends and clothes.  But then her father drops a bomb shell on her.  They are selling everything and moving to Delaware.  Is that even a place?  OK, Sydney devises a plan to become the most popular kid in school.  After all, she is from California and has met actual stars.  She dreams of her new life and how great it is going to be.  But when the arrive in Delaware, she finds out that they have inherited a spooky old Victorian house in a cemetery.  Her Dad is now the in charge of a cemetery!!  Can this get worse?
