The
Blossoms will never be considered a normal family
no matter how hard they try. Even their dog is not
quite normal. In this book their mom has made them
promise to act normal because her new boyfriend is
coming to visit for the weekend. Junior is
mortified because he dug a tunnel for the class
hamster he was allowed to take home for the weekend
and the hamster has disappeared. Much, their Pap's
dog, is suspected of murdering poor little Scooty.
Maggie is arguing with the boy who loves her and
their friend, Mad Mary, is missing. Normal is
hardly possible for the Blossoms. (Adele Mangipano
