 A few months ago, the city I live in talked about closing the public library to save money.  Can you imagine?  Well, the citizens of my city wouldn't let that happen and did all they could to keep the library open.  In this story, the young patrons of a library find out that their library is going to be closed because the building is not in good shape.  Can they find a way to save their library?
