 Missy absolutely loves going to Miss Brooks' story nook.  She doesn't want to be late but if she takes the short cut, she runs into nasty Billy Toomey.  He always grabs her hat and chases her.  One morning, there was a big thunder storm and the lights went out.  Miss Brooks couldn't read a story in the dark so they decided to make one up.  Can they make up a story that will solve Missy's problems with Billy?
