ISBN 0140380051

Johnny lives with his grandparents in NY. He went to seventh grade in a Catholic school. He is very smart and does well in school. Another boy named Eddie has trouble in school and gets mostly C's. He is jealous of Johnny. One day Eddie was trying to start a fight with Johnny so Johnny slipped into a church to get away. Eddie followed, so Johnny went down to the basement. While he was there he looked at some old books. He picked up one entitled "Roman Missal." (Read some of page 31). Well just then John thought he heard Eddie coming. Johnny panicked and ran out of the church WITH the statue.
