At first the children are excited to see the snow.  Winter can be so much fun.  They ride sleds and play in the snow.  A young girl loves to cuddle up by the fire and drink hot chocolate.  But as the days drag on, she tires of winter.  She longs to be outside chasing fire flies.  When she asks her grandfather when spring will come, her father tells her of the Goose Moon.  Night after night she searches for signs of spring.  Will the Goose Moon ever come?
