It's an exciting time to be in Philadelphia. The Constitutional Convention is being held which will decide to future of the new United States of America. Jared Mifflin is a Princeton student who is an aide to James Madison. It is up to Jared to be sure the proceedings run smoothly. James becomes friends with a young slave from Georgia and begins to wonder if the new constitution is granting rights to all men or just to free men.
