Tess
has had it. She cannot believe she has to live like this. It's
bad enough that her parents got divorced but now that her dad has remarried
and she has new step-siblings, nothing will ever be the same. It's
quite obvious that dad and Blair favor her children over Tess. When
Annie destroys the school project that Tess has spent weeks on, she can't
believe that Annie gets no punishment. That's it. Tess packs her
clothes, leaves her dad a note and takes off. She'll go live with
her mother. It's a long walk and along the way, Tess is befriended
by a stray cat. Can this ever work out? Are things really as
bad as they seem? And who will take care of this cat? |
