Shy Teen

  • The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbonsky is about being a shy teen. It's written as a series of letters -- to someone the main character doesn't know personally but has heard is an understanding person. That might form the basis of some activities. But also, at some point, the main character creates a tape of his favorite songs and gives it to a friend. Of course, the songs, too, are selected with meaning and purpose. And that might become another activity.
